📜 MuDRX Official Rules & Terms of Use

⚠️ Important: By creating an account and logging into MuDRX, you automatically agree to all rules and conditions described on this page. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse.

1️⃣ General Rules

• All players must treat others with respect. Offensive language, harassment, racism, homophobia, and discrimination of any kind are strictly forbidden.
• Use of any third-party software, hacks, macros, modified clients, trainers, packet editors, or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Advertising other private servers or communities without permission will lead to a permanent ban.
• Any attempt to harm the server or community will result in permanent ban and possible legal action.
• Bug abuse is forbidden. Report bugs immediately.
• Staff decisions are final and non-negotiable.
• Good behavior is required in-game and in all official channels.

2️⃣ Account & Security

• You are fully responsible for your account, password, and items.
• Sharing accounts is discouraged and remains your responsibility.
• Lost or stolen items/accounts will not be restored.
• Multi-account abuse may result in penalties or bans.
• Using VPNs to bypass limits is prohibited.
• Impersonating staff results in permanent ban.
• Illegal activities may result in ban without notice.

3️⃣ Gameplay & Fair Play

• Kill stealing is allowed only in open maps.
• AFK is allowed only via official systems.
• Scamming players is strictly forbidden.
• Any unfair advantage is considered cheating.
• Exploiting bugs may result in item removal or bans.

4️⃣ Market, Trading & Real Money

• Real money trading is strictly forbidden.
• Trades must use official systems.
• Scamming results in permanent ban.
• Staff is not responsible for unofficial trades.
• Advertising real-money trades leads to permanent ban.
• Sold accounts may lose all privileges.

5️⃣ Donations & VIP

• Donations support server maintenance.
• Benefits are delivered automatically.
• All transactions are final and non-refundable.
• Chargebacks result in permanent ban.
• VIP benefits are digital only.
• Staff may adjust VIP benefits anytime.

6️⃣ Events & PvP

• Follow GM instructions in events.
• Multi-account abuse in events is forbidden.
• Cheating results in disqualification and ban.
• Toxic behavior may lead to penalties.
• Team play is allowed unless stated otherwise.

7️⃣ Sanctions & Enforcement

• Staff may apply warnings, suspensions, or bans.
• Severe violations result in permanent ban.
• Abuse may lead to temporary or permanent penalties.

8️⃣ Final Terms

• Rules may be updated at any time.
• Players must stay informed.
• Playing is a privilege, not a right.
• By playing, you agree to all rules.
